Grace Rose Estate Membership

The primary benefit to the Grace Rose Estate Membership is access to our GRF Collection of over 100 rose varieties. Some of our varieties are only available in limited quantities, and our members will have priority access to them for a limited time. They will only be available to non-members if they do not sell out to members.

We have future collections arriving in 2025 and 2026 that, due to limited quantities, will be reserved for members.

Another wonderful benefit is dedicated customer service by a representative assigned to you. This person will get to know you, your needs, and always be there for you when you need them.

Members will be able to shop new releases 5 days prior to the public.

Our new pricing does not allow for storewide discounts. Members will receive automatic discounted pricing.

We are offering 100 varieties unique to Grace Rose Farm. They are 2-year-old grafted roses and will arrive bare root.

Additionally, we are offering popular shrub roses, climbing roses, and rose trees that will arrive to you bare root. These roses will be offered as a mix of own-root and grafted varieties. Our website will note which are own-root and which are grafted.

We are holding two beautiful events at our farm. The first will take place during our autumn flush in October. The second will be over Mother's Day weekend in May 2025.

Members will be invited and may bring one guest. Cost to attend will be approximately $100 per person and will include a catered menu, cocktails and wine, cut roses to take home, a tour, and gifts. Our events are gorgeous and a wonderful time to meet other rose lovers! Pricing may be subject to change due to actual costs at the time of event. If a member would like to bring more than one guest, please contact your customer support representative to request additional tickets.

Upon joining, your account will be assigned to one of our Customer Service Managers. All of your interactions will take place with your dedicated account representative. That person will strive to provide you with exceptional service.

You are encouraged to ask rose growing questions to our FB Group members. If you have an issue you cannot resolve with the help of other rose growers, your customer service representative will be happy to help you, and forward your question to the founders if needed.

The variety of plants included as gifts under the membership program will vary each year. This year you will receive one Evelyn, one Stephen Rulo, and one Connie's Sandstorm 2-year-old bare root rose bush. These plants will begin to ship in November 2024 to warm climates and into March for the coldest climates.

Once you become a member, you will need to be logged into our rose bush website with the email address associated to your account. GRF will periodically email members about new releases, events, and updates.

Yes! All of your past and future purchases will be reflected in your rewards account. Please note GRF has separate rewards for our cut roses and rose bushes. All rose bush purchases are reflected in your rose bush account.

Members may only purchase for delivery to their membership address on file. Please, no sharing of memberships. You may purchase a membership for a friend or family member so they can enjoy the same benefits you have as a member.

Yes, you may! Please contact us after purchasing so we can set up the recipient with their login and information for their membership.

You will need to be logged into your account for your membership pricing to be activated. You will place your orders just as you normally would online, however your membership pricing will be reflected instead of regular pricing.

Your membership is for one year from date of purchase, and will renew annually if you choose that option. It is not refundable.

Please reach out to customer support to cancel. There are no termination fees to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits.

You may purchase as many roses as you would like for your garden! The overall number of roses you may purchase is unlimited. However, some of the rose varieties we are offering will only be available as one or two plants per member because of their limited availability.
