Refunds & Returns 

We take great pride in the quality of our roses and put extraordinary care into the handling and packaging of each order. We use UPS for all shipments and realize that there are rare occasions that roses arrive in a condition we would find unacceptable. When that happens, please contact at support@gracerosefarm.com. We will examine each request for a refund or replacement on a case by case basis. Should we approve a refund, please allow 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
